How To Lose A Double Chin Naturally

Tongue stretch

Sit or stand with a relaxed posture. Open your mouth wide and stick your tongue out as far as you can. If done correctly, you should be able to feel the muscles in your neck, chin and jaw tightening.

Eat four servings of vegetables daily.

Eat three servings of fruits daily.

Replace refined grains with whole grains.

Avoid processed foods.

Eat healthy fats, such as olive oil, avocados, and nuts.
