Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha
Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha is the company’s new concept smartphone that has a rear display. This smartphone looks very nice which is fully covered with its display.
The Mi Mix Alpha has very thin bezels with no cartoon hole camera or airpiece. Xiaomi calls ‘sound technology’ for replacing phone airspace and proximity sensors. The display also works with pressure sensitive buttons. The phone is made of titanium alloy, sapphire glass and ceramic.
The cameras are mounted on a thin horizontal bezel in the rear. Like the Huawei Mate X, the Mi Mix also uses rear cameras for Alpha Selfies. Speaking of which, the Mi Mix Alpha has Samsung’s new 108-megapixel sensor. Overall, the Mi Mix Alpha has a triple camera setup with a 20-megapixel wide-angle sensor and a 12-megapixel telephoto lens.
In terms of specifications, the Mi Mix is powered by Alpha Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855+ chip set. It packs 12GB of RAM and 512GB of onboard storage. The smartphone is powered by a 4,050mAh battery with 40W charger. Wraparound display is a 7.92-inch OLED panel with 2088×2250 pixels resolution.
As expected, the smartphone has come with an in-display fingerprint sensor. Connectivity options on the Mi Mix Alpha include 5G support, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi and GPS.

Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has a hefty price of CNY 19,999,, wich is costing around, the 3 lakhs. Xiaomi will start selling its Mi Mix Alpha smartphone by the end of December. However, the company will manufacture only a limited number of Mi Mix Alpha units in the first batch. However, this smartphone is shown in Xiaomi stores.
